The other night I was privileged to attend a book signing by Wellington business person and Ex-mayor Mark Blumsky. He was speaking to promote his book ‘Slippers’. As a mayor Mark Blumsky turned grey Wellington into an exciting vibrant, cultural city where people ‘wanted to send themselves to..’

I am a Blumsky fan. He is direct, uncomplicated and summed up his business success in a couple of sentences

Be unique – What’s your cutting edge, your unique proposition?

He also talked about fully utilising his team not only as willing workers but the guys that helped him discover his Uniqueness in his successful Wellington business ‘Mischief’.
