Boost Business Coaching’s target market is small and medium business. We have been involved directly with small business development for the last 7 years or so. During this time we have come across hundreds of businesses. The most heartbreaking situations we encounter are the small businesses that were just too late to help…

The effects of a business going under are widespread.  Business people spend years in stressful situation. Their families feel the effect of this. The wider business community, employees and community are also affected as accounts are not paid and the flow on effect happens.

BOOST business coaching’s vision is ‘no small business failure in New Zealand’…

…Now, this may be quite a lofty goal. It doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t have them. It may even be an impossible goal. However what his vision does is influence everything else we do. Our skills and experience means that we can  make the development and delivery of probably the most relevant and  effective business development services (BOOSTBOX) our mission. BOOST coaches also get involved in other forums and organisations such as volunteering for Business Mentoring organizations or being active members of their  local business associations or Chamber of Commerce where they can offer their services to assist businesses directly or the environment they operate in.

Whether our service is being offered in Lower Hutt, Porirua or The Kapiti Coast or other parts of New Zealand our coaches have an end goal in mind and encourage other businesses to have a purpose, vision and a goal that extends beyond the normal bottom line results. This is why our people are so passionate about small business.
